Mould construction for various industries

For injection or die-casting processing of plastics, aluminium or other metal alloys for the construction of moulds  for  industrial  technical  components, turn to ColzaniTeresio!

We specialise in the design and construction of industrial moulds. The materials and methods that are used for these projects are different, depending on the target sector of the parts that are commissioned to us.

Thanks to our high-tech, highly efficient machine park, staffed by highly qualified personnel, we are able to handle all types of orders for various industrial sectors. Companies in the cosmetics, automotive, electronics, mechanical, furniture and lighting sectors rely on us.

Our company is also distinguished by the service that follows each customer from the beginning of each project through to its construction. If you would like more information on this subject, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Die-casting and injection moulding

Light alloy moulds are obtained through die casting. This is a special foundry process, where a high pressure injects the molten metal into the metal mould.

The mould consists of two pieces of different material: steel and cast iron. To cool the piece there is a liquid circulation system. Once the part is finished, presses open the mould allowing it to be removed.

In injection moulding, on the  other  hand,  the  plastic  is  melted  directly  inside the machine and then injected under high pressure into the mould. Once inside the mould, the material is allowed to cool and solidify. After this, the material is released through the opening of two valves in the mould. The result  of  this technique is a plastic product with a predetermined shape.
